Ticketly is a customer support helpdesk. By submitting a ticket or signing in as a support agent, you agree to these terms.

Using Ticketly

You can submit support tickets and follow up on them through the private link we send you. Please use accurate contact information so we can respond to you, and do not submit content that is abusive, illegal, or intended to harm the service or other people.

Support agent accounts

If you sign in as a support agent, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the actions taken under your account.

No guarantees

We do our best to respond to tickets and keep the service running, but we provide Ticketly "as is," without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If we do, we will update this page.
